Brazos Mountain Wildflowers

Description

After first taking a picture of the evening clouds and colors along Brazos Mountain I decided  to try it with the Blackeyed Daisies in the foreground. In going up to them, I was wondering how I was going to get my tripod low enough to the daisies. Upon reaching them, I suddenly sank up to my knees in the bog and I had the perfect perspective for this picture.  The Brazos Mountains are in northwestern New Mexico along US Hwy’s 64/84. This picture was taken from near the town of Brazos NM.
